THESE ARE OUR BRANDING ASSETS.
(KIND OF IMPORTANT)
It’s best to follow these guidelines as closely as possible in both print and web applications as they are the foundation of our brand.

LOGOS
These are the variations of the All City Real Estate logo.
The STACKED & HORIZONTAL LOGOS are the heroes and should be used in all applications where the spacing works best.
The ICON should be used predominantly in social
media, but can also be used as a design element in
print and web applications.

WHITE & REVERSE
These are examples of our WHITE & REVERSE versions. Anything outside of what is shown here is NOT allowed and falls outside the scope of the All City Brand.
You may only reverse the All City logo out of colors that fall within our branding palette.
You can reverse out of black in black and white
applications or an image with a color overlay that has ample contrast like the example to the image overlay shown.

COLORS
These are the official colors of our brand.
The WARM GRAY has two breakdown options depending on if you want to go darker or lighter. Darker is the default choice.
Use BLUE for all COMMERCIAL branded applications.
Use ORANGE for all SELECT branded applications.
Use GREEN for all ACRE branded applications.
Pink is a true secondary color and can be used
sparingly.

These are the fonts used for our branding and are available for free at fonts.google.com.
You are responsible for obtaining these. It’s recommended to download both desktop and Webfont versions for your brand. Desktop fonts are used on your PC or Mac for creating documents, webfonts are embedded into your website online.

Recommended use is title case and sentence case form.
SUBHEAD
OSWALD MEDIUM
Recommended use is all caps with tracking set between 200-600.
BODY
Raleway
Recommended use is sentence case form. All font weights within the Raleway family are okay to use throughout your branding.
SCRIPT
Courgette Regular
Recommended use is title case or sentence case, never all caps. Tracking should be set at -40.





DIVISIONS
These are the divisions under the All City Real Estate umbrella. These are color-coded and will be used as the main logo for their respective divisions.
Reversed versions of these logos are in the file set as well and can be used over darker backgrounds and images.
